Full Property Management
12% + VAT (14.4% inc VAT) of monthly rent
Includes everything in Tenant Find, plus:
- Monthly rent collection and statements
- Arrears management
- Full Digital Inventory
- Deposit Dispute Resolution
- Repairs & maintenance coordination
- Compliance monitoring (gas, EPC, etc.)
- Mid-term inspections & reporting
- Renewal management
